Emplas Commercial fully reversible windows are fabricated on the Profile 22 system with a dual-hinge arrangement that allows the sash to flip 180 degrees inward — making exterior cleaning safe and simple without any external access. Anti-slam as standard, fitted with opening restrictors, and available in a flush casement finish. Specially developed for medium and high-rise applications where Secured by Design compliance, resident safety and reduced maintenance costs are non-negotiable. Every fully reversible window supplied by Emplas Commercial is Secured by Design accredited and manufactured to exceed UK Building Regulations. Opening restrictors prevent child safety risks; the anti-slam mechanism protects residents and hardware. Multi-point locking with Avantis Mushroom technology and Kubu smart security compatibility is included as standard. U-values as low as 0.9W/m2K, WER up to A+.
